1. Tag Selection
The RFID tags for high-value consumables mainly utilize vertical RFID tags to avoid interference from metals and liquids during the reading process.
In terms of tag selection, we recommend adopting Monza R6 and NXP UCODE8 series chips, which are known for their high sensitivity and easy recognition.
As shown in the figure, the adhesive area of the tag can be enlarged according to printing requirements to meet the needs of printing content. Alternatively, RFID and printing paper can be attached separately.
2. Tag Installation
The installation of tags primarily adopts a vertical attachment method that keeps them away from metals or liquids. For boxed consumables, it is recommended to attach the tag from the front. For bagged consumables, where there are often overlapping scenarios, it is advisable to attach the tag to the top.
Attention for Aluminum Foil Packaging: All consumables with aluminum foil packaging must be attached with the tag separately, away from the packaging. Some high-value consumables have paper outer boxes, but the internal packaging uses aluminum foil metal packaging. These consumables also require the tags to be attached separately, away from the metal.
